Tom and Debby are very excited to  be part of the ballroom dance scene in Dubuque.  We have been bringing  the same quality of dance instruction to the Ballroom Academy that we have to Dancesport of Madison since 1994.   Tom Choudoir has been teaching people to ballroom dance for more than 30 years.  His lessons are fun and easy and you will feel that you can learn any dance you wish.  His partner Debby Folk has a lifelong love of dance and has been studying ballroom for 20 years.  Her students appreciate her enthusiasm and attention to detail.
